I travel for work and stay here about once a month. Their customer service is exceptional! They know me and welcome me like family. Breakfast is good and they have a lot of options to start my day. The lobby is a nice, bright and well decorated place to work from. I look forward to my stays here.

"Stayed the weekend to visit check in was fast front desk was polite and rooms where nice and clean will stay again"

Everyone on staff is super nice and friendly breakfast was awesome different fast food and some restaurants are walking distance our room was nice and clean they accommodated all of needs. We arrived early and they we able to get us our room!

Great service! The rooms are exceptionally clean! Every employee had a smile on their face and made a point of saying hello even when passing in the hallway! Check in was super fast! The front desk gave us several recommendations for dinner! Will definitely stay here again!

"Very good experience"

I come to San Angelo 2 times per month and I won't stay anywhere else. The check in process is always so easy and even fun. Staff here is definitely leading hospitality. Rooms are always very clean. There's the occasional toilet or drain issue which is to be expected when staying at a hotel, but overall I love it here!
