Residence Inn by Marriott Whitby

Loved the room, the food, the friendliness of the staff and the pool facilities.

The toilet, didn't flush properly, the shower door in room 202 wouldn't stay shut and we had to block it from opening while in the shower

The personnel were friendly, helpful and courteous. Greatly appreciated their hospitality and service.

We travelled with family so we were able to see their room. It was lovely, our room was a little worn and tired looking.

The rooms were clean, modern, and I loved the kitchen the pool and hot tub were great Breakfast was PHENOMENAL!!!

Qualité du sofa-lit (inconfortable). On a dû demander un autre lit et heureusement qu'il a été mis à notre disposition rapidement.

La chambre était conforme à la description, même si le canapé-lit est un peu juste pour deux adolescents

Le paiement de la chambre nous a été réclamé à l’arrivée alors que c’était payé depuis plusieurs mois, et 5 jours après notre départ (sans encombre) de l’établissement la garantie de 150 CAD n’a toujours pas été libérée (et les messages envoyés restent sans réponse)
