Great, friendly staff and owners. The access to the mountain hiking trail is a real bonus. The unit we stayed in was very nice, with great views from the balcony.

"Beautiful stay"

The bay suite was beautifully decorated, and kitted out with everything I needed, including an awesome selection of books and good coffee. I was particularly grateful for the underfloor heater and electric blanket as it was cold throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the privacy of the balcony and the light, airy feeling of the place.

Communication wasn't the best - especially with regards to how to access the room on arrival. A general reception area would have been helful. There was also a plumbing issue that wasn't handled with the sense of urgency one might expect from a top tier establishment. Finally, wifi was quite slow, so be prepared to hotspot if you need to get work done.
