Hôtel des Coutellier

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. While we were there the restaurant was being refurbished so we really appreciated the breakfast bags every morning! Great location close to the railway station and a walk up the hill to the old city.

The hotel was quiet and in a great location. The breakfast delivered to our room each morning was lovely. The baked goods were delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful!

Excellent accommodations, clean rooms, professional staff and delicious morning breakfast croissants and scones. Great location for walking around Old Quebec. Second time staying here and will be back again.

Quarto muito confortável. Tem elevador. Localização excelente na cidade baixa, na ponta da animada Rue Saint-Paul, a cerca de 5 min a pé da estação ferroviária/rodoviária, de um ótimo supermercado e de uma boitique de vinhos.

Tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o ar condicionado (não respondia ao controle no quarto, e a recepção também não conseguiu ajustar via sistema). Provavelmente, um problema temporário de manutenção, que deve ser resolvido. Se não fosse esse pequeno problema, a nota de avaliação seria 10!
