Hyatt Vacation Club at The Ranahan

It was wonderful. So clean. Friendly staff. Had an amazing view of the mountains. Had an electric fire place. Kitchen with dish washer. Had a washer and dryer with starter supplies. A big balcony. Nice hot tubs and pool with fire pits. Also offered a shuttle to Main Street.

Wasn’t one thing I disappointed in.

I liked the convenience of everything on the property and how easy it was to take a shuttle to Breck or frieco

Beautiful hotel with so many amenities.Ryan at the front desk was so helpful giving suggestions about restaurants and things to do in the area plus letting us know all services the hotel offered.

It really was outstanding. No negatives at all.

Restaurant only thing this place needs is better room service and food

We had a disappointing experience at this property. As Globalist members, we did not receive the expected benefits—no water was provided, and we were denied late checkout. When we inquired about a suite upgrade, we were initially told one was available for a fee. However, when we asked if it could be complimentary based on our Globalist status, the response changed and we were told that suites were sold out, which was confusing and frustrating. Overall, this was one of the poorest customer service experiences we’ve had at a Hyatt property.

Great pools, lobby/game room, cheap

Appliances were nice but not adjusted to fit in their holes properly. Thermostat was not intuitive and reset to a higher temperature sometime during the night.
