Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Einzug eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer bei der an und Abreise wäre ideal gewesen, da die Check in Zeit doch sehr spät angesetzt war

Ausstattung und Service perfekt. Betten sehr bequem. Lage angenehm und trotzdem unweit der Innenstadt. Der Italiener unter der Wohnung hat uns nicht gestört. Kurz nach 22 Uhr war Ruhe und das morgendliche Reinigungsteam war zwar ab 6 Uhr aktiv, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hätten wir es vermutlich gar nicht gehört. Bei einem Problem kam schnelle und unkomplizierte Reaktion und Hilfe.

A beautiful and extremely comfortable apartment in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods around the Alster lake. Just 3 minutes walk from the lake. In addition, the apartment is close to public transportation stations, which makes it even more comfortable. A perfect place for a holiday in Hamburg!

"Schöne, ruhige Lage und einer modernen Einrichtung."

Der Ablauf und die Räumlichkeiten haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben direkt mitgeteilt bekommen, als wir mehrere Stunden früher einchecken konnten. Auch nachdem wir eine Kleinigkeit vorsichtshalber gemeldet haben, habe ich sofort einen Anruf erhalten, um das Problem zu lösen. Der Eintritt mit dem Nuki-Türschloss hat wunderbar funktioniert. Auch die Lage war sehr entspannt. Eine schöne kleine Straße mit Restaurants und einem kleinen Einkaufscenter mit Bäckerei und EDEKA in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Auch das Alsterpark war nur wenige Minuten entfernt; perfekt für eine kleine Laufrunde um die Alster am Morgen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Es gab ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und der Rest waren ausklappbare Schlafsofas. Das stand so auch in der Buchung, aber wir fanden sie etwas ungemütlich. Vermutlich Geschmackssache, aber dort hat man entsprechend etwas härter geschlafen.
