Can somebody tell me why a 5 star place has 1 star toilet paper, tissues and paper towels? I just don't get it. Everything else was perfection!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very noisy, right above front door and next to the elevator. Heard every car and person pull up to front door. No A/C in room, so we had to open the window. Unable to relax and sleep with the noise. It looks like other rooms in the complex would be much quieter.

When arriving we were locked out and had to call security to get to our room. The next morning we were given a free upgrade to our room. Upon moving to our new room we discovered none of the beds had any bedding. After asking 3 times for proper bedding, we finally got some. The maintenance manager walked into our room without announcing himself or knocking when I was not dressed properly. We discovered the room was not cleaned after former guest. The hotel decided to run multiple fire alarm siren test in our room for an hour and a half straight. We were in the process of running a load of laundry in the wash machine that was in our room, when all of a sudden water came pouring from the bottom of the machine flooding the room. This was our honeymoon that we went here for and it was an epic disaster. Every day of our stay was a new problem. In there defense, they did give us a 100 dollar Visa card, and a free nights stay for in the future. Please use this hotel at your own risk. You might be better off staying elsewhere in Steamboat than here.

Very friendly & knowledge staff, very comfortable beds, kitchens had all the necessities, cleaning service was wonderful. Enjoyed the hot tub and convenience of the free shuttle

Great hotel! Steamboat was truly a winter wonderland! Hotel staff was friendly. Seemed a bit unders staffed. Was hoping there were more amenities on property but it was still a great place to stay.

Stayed over labor day weekend. Was very nice, clean and fun.

Five of us stayed here for 5 nights in August. We thought it was a great balance of comfort, convenience and value. It suited our needs perfectly. The staff were super friendly, the kitchen very useful, with good common spaces and similar so we could really enjoy our holiday, and everything Steamboat has to offer. Steamboat is a great town - we hiked, rode horses, zip lined, played golf, did the escape room in town, saw a movie, and ate at a few of the excellent dining options.

Having a room on top floor in the summertime with no air conditioning didn't work out so well when you have to open windows for air and your room is directly above the swimming pool with kids screaming from 8 AM till 10 PM.

Nice Room, front desk staff very friendly. Room doors slam very hard, very obnoxious & unnecessary. Clean and comfy room.
