Modernes Hotel direkt im Westend. Moderne Zimmer, alles stylisch.

Im Zimmer gibt es ein Soundsystem. Dies hatte bei mir regelmäßig einen einzigen (Fehler-)Ton abgegeben. Habe zum Schlafen die Karte aus dem Slot geholt, so dass der Strom im Zimmer komplett aus war.

Die Lage.

Als ich ankam hatte ich in die Rezeption das Gefühl ich störe als Kunde. Es gingen persönliche Gespräche einfach weiter. Sieht so aus als ob das Personal auf Kunden nicht eingestellt ist! Wenn man möchte, das sie wiederkommen, sollte man hier mal hinschauen. Zimmer 720 : Rauchertisch auf der anderen Seite des Zimmerfenster und neben meiner Zimmertür der Zugang zum RoofTop. Rauch im Zimmer und sehr laut. Ich hatte extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, und Komfort gebucht, was auch bestätigt wurde.
