Do not stay at this hotel!! I had a very unsettling experience during my stay at this hotel and feel it’s important to share. I returned to my room and found a member of housekeeping handling items inside my personal purse. This was extremely concerning and felt like a serious invasion of privacy. Regardless of intent, guests should never have to worry about their personal belongings being touched—especially items as private as a purse. I reported the incident to management, but unfortunately, the response was dismissive. I was told it was a “misunderstanding” and that the staff member was simply picking up items that had fallen while making the bed. This does not reflect what I witnessed, and I was disappointed that my concerns were not properly acknowledged or taken seriously. What upset me most was not just the incident itself, but the way it was handled afterward. Instead of reassurance or accountability, the situation was minimized, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unsupported for the remainder of my stay. I would advise future guests to be cautious with their valuables and ensure they are securely stored. Based on my experience, I cannot say I felt my privacy or belongings were respected.

The hotel is in an OK location, although there is not much nearby apart from a couple of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. The atmosphere varies quite a lot depending on guest arrivals and departures. At times it has been very quiet, while on other days it has been noticeably louder as new groups arrive. Food has been the biggest disappointment. The buffet is very basic and lacks variety. Most days the potato options are the same - usually chips or small jacket potatoes. The pasta sauce is very thin and plain, almost like a soup, with no vegetables or other ingredients. On one occasion the chicken and sausages also appeared undercooked, which was concerning. Drinks are adequate. On the all-inclusive package you are required to pay a €1 deposit for each small plastic cup, which is returned when the cup is brought back. The lager included is San Miguel, which was a nice surprise. Spirits included in the package appear to be non-branded versions, although premium brands can be purchased if preferred. Bottled water is not included, so this needs to be bought from a local shop. Facilities are mixed. The pool and pool bar do not open until 10am, which is inconvenient if you are an early riser. The roof terrace also does not match the photos used by the hotel. In reality there are only a couple of sunbeds and very little furniture. The promotional photos are not representative of what is actually available, and I have included photos for comparison. Entertainment has also been limited. Although activities are listed on the TV boards, none of the advertised daytime entertainment has taken place during our stay. Some evening entertainment does happen, but it is fairly basic. Karaoke appears to be run from YouTube, and the music in the bar is also played from YouTube playlists, with adverts interrupting the music. There also appears to be very little for children. Despite activities being advertised, the families we spoke to said nothing had taken place for them during the day, so they ended up having to find their own ways to entertain the children. That said, the live music on Sunday night was excellent. The female singers were fantastic, engaged well with the audience and had a great repertoire, which created a really good atmosphere. There are also some practical issues around the hotel. The back staircase near the bar has a very strong drain smell, which is unpleasant when passing through that area. If your room is located above the restaurant, the morning music can also wake you quite early. On the positive side, the staff have consistently been lovely and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms are cleaned daily to a good standard, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel has been very good. Roberto, who works in the bar on weekday nights, deserves a special mention. He is friendly, generous with the measures and somehow seems to have picked up a Cockney accent along the way, which added a bit of unexpected entertainment to the evenings. Elena, who I believe is the entertainment manager, was also lovely and seemed to be doing her best with the resources available to her. Having spoken to other guests who have stayed in different Bluesea hotels in other locations, there seems to be a consistent theme. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite, which has certainly been our experience here as well. The hotel is advertised as a four-star property, however based on the food and entertainment provided, it feels closer to a lower three-star experience in terms of expectations. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a basic stay, but some of the facilities and advertising do not quite match expectations

Přistavená postýlka pro naše 14 měsíční dítě byla super. Jidlo ve výsledku průměrné, rychle se toho přejíte. První dny to bylo skvěle a den ode dne se horšilo. Pokud máte rádi také vejce, tak dobře posnídáte každý den. Úžasný je personál v jídelně. Ty bych chtěl velmi pochválit!!!

Bydleli jsme v 1.patře byt č.130. Každý večer hluk ze společenské místnosti od 21:00-23:00. Pokoj je nad touto místností. Dále okna vůbec netěsní,z venku také hluk. Uklízečky chodí do pokoje, ikdyž máte na klice pověšeno, že nechcete uklidit. Ztratila nám sluchátko od AirPods. Hotel to neřešil, žádná náhrada. Na recepci po pár dnech řekli, že tam uklízečka nebyla. Přitom jsem tam měli vytřeno a nové ručníky.
