ARRIVAL: 24H Reception TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival. To check in, it is mandatory to present a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or an official national identity card. SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment) CLEANING: Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided. BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
