Alles. Ein kleiner Resort mit Personal, das sehr bemüht ist! Das preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr fair auch wenn man für die Airco zahlen muss. Man kann es nur empfehlen. Danje Giuseppe und camell.

"Heerlijk verblijf in rustige omgeving."

Heerlijk park met fijne huisjes en een prachtig zwembad. Ruim opgezet terras met ruimte voor zon en schaduw. De buitendouche was heerlijk. Ruime kamers en de keuken is voorzien van voldoende servies. Ook mogelijkheden om ontbijt te bestellen en te laten bezorgen bij je huisje.

De douche binnen was moeilijk op temperatuur te krijgen, of heel warm, of heel koud.

Solo la piscina

La notevole distanza dal mare che fa desistere di sostituire Mennea. Scarsa pulizia e doccia interna angolare e stretta. Mancanza di sicurezza per un gradino interno sul pavimento stanza piano terra, spigolo di marmo sdrucciolevole e pericoloso, lo stesso spigolo è privo di protezione antiscivolo. Le stanze da letto su sottotetto non coibentate hanno un notevole salto di dispersione termica. I condizionatori sono obsoleti e non hanno caratteristiche idonei per la corretta classe energetica. Nella camera da letto gocciola sulla spalliera del letto la condensa, schizzando le gocce di acqua su chi dorme. Se mi usate la gentilezza di inviare un contatto mail Booking per dialogare, vi faccio una relazione tecnica dettagliata, corredata di foto. Le placche Vimar sono in alluminio con telai in acciaio obsoleti e non più a norma. L' immobile è privo di pulsante di sgancio con martelletto e per la presenza di una doppia alimentazione elettrica, per alimentare l' interno e l' impianto di condizionamento sembrerebbe totalmente non rispondente alle normative CEI 64/8. Ho pagato l' aria condizionata più del dovuto su problematiche dovute agli sbalzi termici della struttura, non rispondente alle normative vigenti. Ho chiesto la fattura e mi è stata negata, il costo è stato maggiorato rispetto al pattuito. La più brutta esperienza fatta su Booking
