Good selection of food at meals. Common areas are nice.

The rooms desperately need remodeling- there are stains on the walls and counters. The whole room looks run down. They want to charge you extra for everything- you have to pay extra to use the safe in the room.

Very good location, close to shop, to the beach, to bus station. Good variety for breakfast and we had dinner for one night which was good variety. Nice activities during the day at the pool.

We have booked deluxe double room, the room that was given to us was twin at second floor. The smell from the restaurant of food was very strong couldn’t stay on the balcony or to have the door open which was very unpleasant. The bathroom door was broken we could not close it. We requested our room to be changed but the reception was not helpful, they said there are no other rooms available and keep asking to come next day. In the end we did not go to ask every day and kept the room. We have been asked for 150 Eur deposit, however there was nothing in the room, fridge empty, there was kettle, but no tea or coffee, no iron, no iron table which we always had for 4 stars hotel. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

Location was very convenient. We were able to easily arrange our airport transfers. The staff were quite friendly. The half-board option overall made us very satisfied. Not having to worry about what to eat made our holiday much more relaxing throughtout our stay.

The internet connection was poor. It did not work properly in some areas. We had difficulties while watching something or listening to music. Although most of the kitchen staff were very good, some of cooking staff were not as strong. My partner had to wait longer than necessary and unhappy. If every staff member were like Salem, he would have been satisfied.
