I have 3 dogs. I called the head, they said they would take dogs..Not cats The room was dirty and we had to sit in the room all night. With the dogsAfter I had made an appointment to go on a trolley ride. The dogs would have been crated. Could not come with.! Did not go on the trolley ride.Just stay in the room with the dogs and could not get reimbursed for the trolley ride, which was ninety dollars.. We have stayed up here with dogs. Before our dogs would have been just fine alone for a little bit, but now I lost out money there and overcharging for the dogs. Not real.Happy plus the room was dirty! Burn marks on the floor and the sink. The fact that I lost money was a big factor too. !!!
Good value- no issues - standard breakfast- pool area looked nice.
Didn’t like electric outlets. All were located behind furniture which made it difficult to charge phones and plug in my Cpap machine.
Good location location. Housekeeping and maintenance need attention to rooms.
Everything was good except there was a full trash can next to the tv
The evening clerk was very aloof after asking for a room change. There no elevator and we could not climb 2 flights of stairs with our luggage, she put us in a room that smelled musty. We went out and purchased essential oils to help take the smell out of the room. The beds had not been vacuumed around in quite some time, the air conditioner was filthy, and the room was very dusty.
The only thing that I think that could have been better was the little refrigerator in the room didn't keep anything cold

I just needed an inexpensive place to stay while volunteering in Door County. This hotel was clean and convenient. It had a nice pool, and comfortable rooms. Yes, it's not a 5 star hotel, but it was good for what I needed.
We are elderly and they gave us a room next to an exit! The breakfast was good and the staff were nice!
