The room was freezing, noisy heater, bedding NEEDS AN UPDATE! Spiderwebs in corners and by the heater VERY hard to turn on the shower. Towels were like rags. Sparse breakfast and at 8:20 he never did come back with more coffee he was asked several times by more than us

We wanted our room cleaned, we were still in the room but told the front desk we would be out in 30mins, the maid came to bring clean towels and when I asked if she would clean the room she said no, I explained that I had requested she clean the room and she said she would check, when I stopped at the front desk I asked if my room would be cleaned he said of course; when we returned to the room that evening the room had not been cleaned
