Quality Inn Hackettstown - Long Valley

We often go to this quality and when visiting family in town. It’s always very quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast is very poor quality if you are health-conscious or have a health condition like diabetes as my husband has, there is nothing there to eat that is healthy other than an apple. It would be nice if they had some health, the options such as more protein, rich foods, low sugar, items, and eggs.

We stayed for a few nights. The rooms were good the breakfast was lacking. The coffee was terrible, it came out of a machine.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the facilities were clean and attractive. It was disappointing that they were not laundry services available, and that pending machines only took cash.

Very clean and modern decor. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

I found the property to be dirty. Mold around the bathtub bathfitter so I had to shower the kids because it was kind of gross for a bath. Room was ok but does need updating. Ice was not working and the breakfast was horrible. Not even sure they can say breakfast included. It was a waffle and a granola bar.

Location was perfect

There were a few things that needed repairing including the restroom in the lobby had no functioning lights. The metal grab bar in the shower in the room was only attached on one end making it a safety hazard for those who might need to use it. There were two lights on the room that did not work on either side of the bed. Finally the privacy latch on the inside of the room door was not attached properly so that was not usable for added security. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Location

The ceiling in my room was falling, the shower walls were a mess. The wood floor is uneven, almost fell. I don’t understand why some of the money you make couldn’t go back into your business.

Breakfast options are very limited other than that everything is excellent.
