The unit was in need of repairs. Over priced for condition of unit.

The location is great. The surroundings are will kept. Beautiful ocean front. The apartment was ok for over will stay, but can't say that we were satisfied. The kitchen furnishing is old and misses plates, cups, knifes, etc. The bed sheets and towels are really old with holes. Due to the proximity to the ocean, many things are rusted and need to be immediately replaced. I would say that we expected more for the large amount that we paid. Nevertheless, the trip was awesome, Kauai is always pleasant.

We had a great time during our stay. Place could use some updating in the kitchen. Overall I stay there again

We loved the location near the beach. Our unit didn’t have AC but with the breeze coming in from the ocean, the place stayed relatively cool.

Like: great ocean view and great sunrises. Good location for island activities in either direction. Grounds in good condition. Walking trail in front. Direct beach access. No AC but does cool down. Didn’t want to leave sliding door open / warning signs about keeping things locked. Dislike: upon arrival there was a tax bill charge higher than Expedia contract, and front desk wouldn’t resolve. Had to go back and forth with Expedia over 2 days, but was resolved and reimbursed from resort. Thank you. some rust on appliance and fixtures. Carpet stain. Smoke from unattended smoldering beach fire on last day. “Not responsible “ for theft signs in parking lot.
