The mattress too soft, it seemed especially worn down on my husbands side (the one closer to the door) and subsequently he had a terrible night of sleep and woke up with a sore back.

Very nice breakfast offerings. The dining room was clean & bright. The staff is friendly.

Parking is a tad tight, but still doable.

Position of the hotel was nice. Edmonds is a lovely, quiet suburb. If you are happy to catch the train in to Seattle and back during commuter times when it runs, it's a lovely scenic and comfortable trip. Outside of those times though it is a little trickier with transport.

Our room service was very poor. One night of our four the room was serviced properly, on another 2 it was only partially serviced (one of the beds not made, bins not emptied, towels not replaced, glasses not washed etc.) and on one night it was not serviced at all. When I went to the front desk to request the room be done, they said housekeeping had gone home and I had to make the bed and change towels etc. myself. All in all a very disappointing experience. Sofa bed mattress was very thin so not the most comfortable. Main bed was fine.

Walkable to Main St. and port. The breakfast was good.

Booked online a month ahead for one Queen for two adults. Upon arrival they said they couldn’t accommodate me but an upgrade to two queens. I didn’t want two beds, less room in the bedroom. The carpet was so wet at the entrance I had to put towels down and the rest of the carpet was damp. It wasn’t comfortable! I complained at front desk and nothing was done. It was noisy and light came in even with draps closed well. I was very disappointed overall.

Location

The room smell was horrible. The carpet was dirty and disgusting. Why not have laminate floors for pet rooms? They are cheap to install and easy to clean and sanitize.
