Great access for downtown. Having a parking garage right next door makes parking so easy. Beautiful lobby and my room was clean and tidy.

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Thin wall, could hear conversations from room next door.

Clean quiet and friendly staff. Loved coffe and water in lobby

The bed was comfortable, and the bar nicely decorated

We paid for club which was not available and never had been according to staff Yet it is still being sold on Webb sites. We had to pay for our breakfast and received no refunds Also charged for wi wi, which we did not log on to Only one member ofstaf at check out with huge que, so problem could not be delt with as needed to get Authorised to give discount which did not happen

Our first room did not have hot water. A tech was sent up quickly. When they we unable to fix it they put us in a new room very quickly and professional.

MOLDY ROOMS!!! Absolutely horrible and disgusting hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel that is so gross and with staff who doesn’t care! Between my family and my cousins family we had to move rooms 3 times due to mold. They put people back into the rooms with mold. We slept in a room with mold unbeknownst to us and felt very sick that night and the next day. We complained and they moved us to another room. However my cousins moved room 3 times due to mold being in their new room too! On top of the moldy rooms, one of the elevators was broken so we had to walk down stairs so we wouldn’t be late to our cousins wedding. The air conditioner was broken in one room. And they put people back into the rooms with the mold!!! Beware!!! Do not stay here!!! Room 400 definitely has mold and it’s bad. On top of all that it’s almost impossible to get ahold of the manager for a refund. Thankfully we got a full refund but I think we deserve more especially for medical bills. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. I understand it’s an old building but that should never be an excuse for mold or cockroaches (saw that on another review)

Great location. Very nice room

It was in a lovely heritage building. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom whilst small were good.

Our room was cleaned very randomly. Although we slept in most days as we were out at the Knoxville nationals late most nights, our room was only done a couple of times. We were there for 6 nights.

Friendly staff, excellent stay.
