The say they have breakfast when I went down stairs there was nothing

The staff is horrible no respect for guests and there are roaches in the rooms if i could give them less than one star I would .

No breakfast at location Receptionist couldn't find our reservation for over an hour, then another last came in and helped

"My stay was lovely and I will stay again when I'm in town."

The staff was phenomenal! All that I dealt with were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable, with excellent customer service. The room was large and clean. The shower was great. I like that I could travel with my well trained service animal.

Although very clean, it's time for repairs: ceiling leaks, wiring, common carpets and couch in the room need replacing, they are worn out. Not complaints, just observations, since you asked.
