Ease of checking in.

Broken glass on the table, the pillows were uncomfortable. My bed had a mattress cover, that was not completely over it because it was small, one sheet, and a thin blanket.

It’s close to the highway.

It’s not clean and not well maintained. The room has hair on the tub and toilet with pee marks on it. Bed sheets are not clean with hair all over it. It’s not clean!

"It was an unpleasant stay."

The bed was comfortable

There was no working smoke detector. It smelled like air freshener covering up odors from dog. There was no soap bars to wash your hands. Bath tub was filthy.

The closest to the venue I had to attend and many restaurants near the hotel

Had to change rooms. 1st room TV wasn't working. 2nd room they gave someone else the same room. Was laying in bed and they opened the door.

"Cheap & noisy"

It was cheap and conveniently located.

All manor of noise, traffic, train, other guests, bathroom fan from adjacent rooms, stomping the floor above me. Mold in the bathroom.
