I didn't like having unclean bedding a dirty tub. There was lots of noise throughout the night in the hotel that wasn't dealt with by hotel staff. We couldn't use or sit in the chair in our room as it looked like someone's bodily fluids were on it. Just a terrible experience. Loud, dirty, smelly. I wouldn't recommend. Normally I book through Expedia and this time I decided to use you guys booking as recommend by a friend I'm hoping you have good conflict resolution because I'm not happy and believe I should be offered a discount or money back something. We didn't get rest our accommodations were not clean and loud not a good experience

My booking was for March 16-17, a birthday getaway! Heating and air didn’t work upon arrived. I booked and early arrival, that was not ready when I got there, the TV didn’t work and the smoke detector was beeping…

Absolutely horrendous customer service .... we paid for the room but did not stay there ...... sadly there was no consideration or flexibility from the organization towards their customers .... A little more understanding of their customers issues would have gone a long way.
