"Broke Down and dirty"

Could not check in until 2 pm. We were late for a meeting and just needed to change clothes. Management said absolutely not, that room had to be cleaned first that they couldnt do it after we changed and left. . We had to wait 30 minutes. When we did get in the room it was hot. Only one set of towels. One regular cofffee pouch, one cofffe set up although pot holds 5 cups. Room had burnt out bulb, very dim lighting from bulbs that did work. One trash can to be shared for bathroom, vanity area, and bedroom area. Door brace Locks missing on both doors. Swimming pool had one ladder and it was broken. Next day, while packing up to leave, management stopped by at 11 am to see if we were stsying. 5 minutes later maid asked same and that she really needed to get to room soon if we werent staying. I.e. "hurry up and leave" attitude. I pulled sheets back to foot of bed to check for any possible list items and saw numerous blood spots noted on foot of sheets. It wasn't ours. Showed head maid she did not seem to be concerned. When I complained to management about delay (because "room has to be cleaned " in getting in room from day before, management THEN stated, "check in isnit till 2pm". Obviously it didn't matter, between blood on sheets, burnt bulb etc. the room was never going to be very clean at all. Sace your money and go elsewhere

Sheets not changed and bed obviously not aseptic. Bulb burnt out. Ladder at swimming pool broken. All reported to management and they just scrugged shoulders

Staff was excellent rooms need to be updated…. Gap underneath door put towel down to keep bugs out… room has smell to it so got car air fresher out of car… maybe air filter need to be changed in room

"My disability kept me awake."

This was the second time I've stayed here. It's also the second time the key card failed to work. I'm disabled but thank God a nice man helped me out by taking my card to get it fixed

They changed my room so it was a little more decent.

My first room had a huge cockroach, and AC didn’t work . A hotel people live in is kinda ghetto.
