"위생 및 시설은 굿! 여직원의 서비스 태도는 ...."

객실은 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 세팅상태나 이불도 포근하고 좋았습니다 체크인 때 남자직원분의 응대도 좋았습니다 다만 10시쯤 체크아웃 때 엘레베이터 인근 자리에 앉아있던 여자직원분의 태도는 상당히 별로입니다 앉아서 본척 만척 인사도없이 카드키만 받던 여직원은 ... 5성급 호텔은 아닌지라 뭐 엄청난 서비스를 바라지도 않았지만 적어도 서비스직이면 어느정도 손님에 대한 예우는 차려주셔야 하는게 아닌지 생각해 보게 되었습니다

방은 엄청 넓었습니다. 다만 남쪽으로 공사가 한참이라 소음 때문에 아침에 계획보다 일찍 일어나 집니다. 그리고 프론트 직원은 너무 불친절합니다; 기본적으로 사람이 오면 일어나서 대화해야 하는거 아닌가요? 직장 상사인 줄,,,
