The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of quality food, and the staff were always polite, professional, and helpful. However, there were several aspects that reduced the overall comfort of my stay. Access to the 6th floor was inconvenient, as there is no direct elevator and guests need to use two elevators or take the stairs. The rooms felt very small, more like cabin-style accommodation than a typical hotel room. The beds were also not particularly comfortable. The mattresses were overly soft and lacked proper support, while the bedding felt synthetic and of lower quality than expected. In addition, construction work started around 6:00 AM, creating significant noise and making it difficult to rest. Overall, the hotel has excellent staff and breakfast, but improvements in room comfort, accessibility, and noise management would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Peacful location which is ideal for airport and nearby was a light railway station. Supermarkets not too far away if you wish to purchase food elsewhere. Staff very friendly and efficient.

No kettle in room. Maybe we picked a bad day but although in abundance the breakfast was poor. The hot items were over cooked! The cutlery and plates looked like they are at the end of their shelf life and the dining area felt a little tired. I think the hotel just needs a refresh before it begins to feel shabby.
