Le Meridien Hyderabad

Everything was great 👍. Staff was nice and atmosphere was great. Room were also great. They provide good amenities and cleanliness was great.

Kanhu was great with service. ...... Food was awesome. ..... Ambience is superb...... Desserts were really good. Staff gave us very warm welcome.

The breakfast spread exceeded expectation. The room had a microwave oven, which can be helpful. Airport pickup was flawless.

The bathroom needed more facilities to hang or keep clothes. A sofa in the room would have been useful.

This was my first time visiting India from the States, and was recommended Le Meridien from my local colleagues. Since I was visiting for business, I really didn't want a bad experience and poor sleep. Luckily, Le Meridien was an amazing stay and I'd highly recommend. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable. There were multiple options for meals and drinks. The gym was sufficient. I have no complaints about any of the facilities. But facilities are just table stakes. What really made this location STAND OUT was the staff. Everyone i interacted with were professional, kind, and knowledgable. I arrived a few days early to adjust to the local timezone and culture. I was in the lobby trying to call an Uber to go see the sites, but they kept cancelling on me. All of a sudden, Naik approached me with a smile and asked if I needed a ride. I said "yes, i'd like to see a few sites." That's when he introduced me to Arif. Arif not only drove me to see the point of interest (Charminar), but also gave me a tour of multiple other landmarks. I asked to arrange a tour guide for one of the sights and he called a connection who showed up and delivered a wonderful tour. He also took me to a delicious restaurant for biryani lunch. All in all, Arif really made me feel safe and welcomed and facilitated a memorable first impression of Hyderabad and India.
