Al viajar fuera de temporada alta había relativamente poca gente, por lo que se estaba muy tranquilo y se disfrutaba mucho de las instalaciones. En general, todo el personal fue amable y atento. La ubicación es buena; aunque no está en pleno centro de Puerto de la Cruz, se llega caminando en unos 10 minutos. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la piscina era una maravilla para relajarse y la habitación también nos pareció muy correcta: cómoda, limpia y con todo lo necesario. LO RECOMENDAMOS.

El horario de cenas (19:00-21:30) está claramente pensado para un público extranjero. Lo entendemos, pero deberían informar de que las 21:30 es la hora de cierre del servicio y no la última hora para acceder al restaurante. Fuimos a cenar sobre las 21:00 y, mientras aún estábamos terminando, escuchamos a trabajadores en la cocina quejarse de que seguíamos allí. A las 21:33 ya nos habíamos marchado, pero la sensación de estar siendo apurados y de molestar al personal hizo que la experiencia fuera muy poco agradable. Otro aspecto a mejorar es que las habitaciones no disponen de aire acondicionado. Es cierto que se indica claramente en la descripción del alojamiento y que proporcionan un ventilador de pie, por lo que no fue una sorpresa. Sin embargo, creemos que sería una mejora muy recomendable. Nosotros viajamos fuera de temporada alta y aun así hacía bastante calor en la habitación

Mucho calor en la habitación y el ventilador que proporcionaron excesivamente ruidoso . Extractor del baño muy ruidoso al encender la luz. De noche lo tuvimos que usar sin encender luces. Desayuno muy justo. Faltaría zumo natural y algo más de dulces.

La chambre était très bien

Terrasse trop proche de la piscine et pas d'intimité. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment moyen en qualité surtout pour des français.
