Location was great, next to the bus stop and 2 blocks away from the city center. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Only able to pay by cash, rooms are quite outdated and need a refurbishment. (Stayed on dia del muertos) price was way to high for the quilaty even on a special holiday like that.

El costo es bastante elevado para lo que el realidad está. Es un hotel muy viejo.

Instalaciones muy deterioradas, no contaban con agua caliente, la puerta del baño no cerraba y servicio muy mediocre, no tenían ni mi reservación a la mano y me dieron una habitación que estaba a la mano y sucia aún, personal de limpieza tardado y se pone a comer cuando la mandan a limpiar la habitación.

Property seems to be operated by an old couple who are very warmth which make our stay very pleasurable. Would consider staying there again if i head Oaxaca again.

The location is very good and the owner is the best. She is very eager to help you with anything and she is very accommodating. We stayed there during day of the dead and it was very good

You have to understand that the place is very old. The room was dilapidated, one night the water stopped working and the hot water is solar powered so if it is cloudy or other people used up all the water you end up with cold water. I would say that if you are ready to come out of your comfort zone a little bit this is a good place to stay

I didn't stay in this apartments, there wasn't parking. it wasn´t a hotel, it were apartments... very bad the atitud of the owner, a old woman. I had to look a hotel imnmediatly, my family was very tired... very bad experience wit you.
