The Lodge at Mount Snow

Comfortable beds, and close to the mountain. These are the major pluses of this lodge. The Febreze odorizers (or whatever they’re called) plugged into the walls are nauseating. I unplugged the one in our room and turned on the AC fan for a while to get rid of the smell. Nice occasional hot chocolate bar in the lobby. (The young lady with dyed fuchsia hair, when there, was cheerful and helpful). Breakfast was mostly packaged goods. But good bagels and croissants. Coffee and tea; yogurt. Nice lounge area, but no staff at the bar, no restaurant, not allowed to light a fire in the huge stone fireplace. We didn’t bother with the sofa bed; they don’t set it up and after skiing all day, we were just too tired. WiFi was spotty. TV buffering was slow. For the $450/night we paid, should have been better service and amenities. It was a holiday week so we were stuck.

Overall very pleasant stay but lacking supplies after second day.

Located very close to ski area and main road. Rooms are upgraded and clean. There is no dresser to keep things which would have been helpful. Also no microwave in room but there is one for use in lobby. Breakfast was basic. They have small hot tub- nice to relax after skiing. There is a free shuttle to mountain available.

A nice cozy little place to stay. Jan at the front counter was very nice and sweet. The maintenance guy Paul did not hesitate to fix any issue there was. I highly recommend this place. The bed was very comfortable too

The machines and chemicals that they use to clean these rooms have very strong fumes. All the windows are sealed and there's no way to get any fresh air inside. Within 5 minutes of being in the first room my dog started throwing up, and we began coughing. The staff moved us to another room but still not much better as far as the chemical smell. You could feel the fumes in our lungs and in our throat. It's very uncomfortable to sleep there, as the pet friendly rooms are located in the basement with no ventilation or fan. This place is dark and gloomy. There are no lights even in the breakfast area could barely see to make our coffee which was awful as well. We decided to leave this property... We could not stay another day. The manager did give us a refund for one night. The staff was very nice, but I would not recommend this property.

Spacious clean and quiet room. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Comfortable bed, nice view and easy check in. The deadbolt did not work, but otherwise the room felt secure.

Going to a ski lodge during the off season was a great decision! Everyone was friendly and great vibes all around!
