GBLocation was perfect. Situated in the middle of the Main Street, surrounded by lovely cafes.
The property was lovely, only one thing to point out really there was not a spare plug next to the bed for your phone, an important asset in todays society.

USWe loved everything about our stay from the clean room, attentive staff, size of the room, the yummy morning breakfast (including the classic lunch they made for us to take with us when we left the hotel at 3:40am to catch our early flight), and the location... right in Old Town within walking distance and minutes away from the Wawel Castle and the town square. If you need help setting up tours in the area the staff are helpful in doing this along with arranging pick up and drop off at the Krakow Airport.

GBJust returned after a 4 night stay. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff and experience were amazing. The room was perfect and had an amazing view of the street and church. The breakfast had an excellent choice. We had an early start to Auschwitz so they provided an amazing breakfast bag and umbrella. The hotel is steps away from the castle and square. Lots of shops and places to eat.
