Boyden House Inn B&B

Older home (1872) so creaky floors, small steps on winding staircase and creaky bed. Beautiful grounds and outdoor spaces. Wonderful location and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Safe area and close to the waterfront where they have a musical lighted water show at night.

Very comfortable and family like

Liked all the outdoor seating areas. Property was beautifully maintained. Shelly was super friendly. As expected, luggage was a bit of a hassle due to all the stairs, but we weren’t expecting an elevator or a bellman! ☺️ Only small thing was check in was a bit confusing. Sign said to call Tiffany, and we did and went straight to VM. My partner is more of a “Hilton Garden Inn“ guy (boring!) and after hours of driving I was afraid we might have to wait to check in and he would not be a happy camper. But suddenly Shelly appeared and all was well! Might just give more guidance regarding check in. We would stay again if we are back that way!

Really cool old house. Great atmosphere, very nice inn keeper, good location only 3 short blocks to shops/restaurants along the river. Good breakfast. Our stay was short but we really liked the place. We'd go back.

The Boyden House was beautiful and the manager excellent. She was attentive and thorough and made great chocolate chip cookies which were available on our arrival. The room was small (which we expected) but had a little private patio and a community kitchen on our floor. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a beautiful residential area about 8 blocks from the hubbub of the channel boardwalk - which was perfect for us.

Fantastic bed and breakfast, with a very welcoming host living on site with great breakfasts!

Loved our stay. Great location. Inn keeper was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. It was charming with updated furnishings fitting with the style and period.

Shelly is amazing!! Very accommodating. The property is so well maintained just beautiful. We had a great breakfast outside on the patio. Highly highly recommend we will go back again.
