Breakfast was great and the owners were very personable. Whole place was spotless. The area is very walkable and The Christmas Light River walk is awesome.

Location, all food served excellent.

Room on 3rd floor web site didn't state it when you choose your room, didn't know till I got there. No elevators of course in a B&B. They should put an ice machine/snacks/drinks on the third floor. No conveniences without having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs to the 1st floor.
