Isn't clean

The protery was very clean and very quiet, and the staff was VERY friendly.

The person working the front desk got me checked-in and checked-out quickly and cordially. The room I stayed in was clean and there is a large surveillance system right at the front desk, so no one can get away with intruding this hotel.

The rooms are incredibly antiquated and not very comfortable. The floors need to be replaced. The decades old carpet is nasty and could use an LVT Upgrade. Nothing expensive, but it would add a lot to the decor and the cleanliness. The noise in this place was ungodly. Not so much from the traffic on the road, but the other guests made it miserable. The room was either way too cold or way too warm, the air conditioning system is way out of date.
