Champlung Sari Hotel and Spa Ubud

The worst experience ever…we been in this place but stayed in Villa but this time we booked room and it’s terrible…very old room, no towels for shower, very old bad and small, not hot water in the shower no pressure in the shower, they do renovation and the workers are starting with building work at 7:30am…extremely noisy….in overall old resort with old rooms, only villas are good

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had such a wonderful time that we ended up extending by an extra night! We booked a one-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it was absolutely excellent — peaceful, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Room service was truly exceptional. Every day we were greeted with new towel creations — from intricate decorations to full scenes — all made with so much care and creativity. The housekeeping team went above and beyond to make each day feel special. (Special thanks to Pande, Aditya and Bayu – your work really made our stay memorable!) All the staff were incredible. The restaurant team were friendly and professional, the massages were amazing, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Special shout-outs to Dayu, Widarini, Madi, Putu and Yande, as well as the entire chef team because the food and service is just fantastic! Yes, there are monkeys around, but they’re no trouble if you don’t tease them — just make sure to keep your doors shut as they are very clever and opportunistic! The hotel staff are well aware and always handle things calmly. There’s also the sweetest hotel cat who made regular visits and added even more charm to our stay. The only thing we’d change is the shower pressure, which was a bit on the weak side — but honestly, everything else was so perfect that it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, romantic, and memorable stay. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon.

Very nice hotel with great customer service! Nice pools and helpful staff, especially Putu, Yande, Giskd. Lots of monkeys as it is close to the monkey forest which are entertaining to watch! Great location nearby lots of restaurants and things to do

1. Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the room overlooked lush rice fields. Peaceful vibes and great location near Ubud center. Highly recommended! 2. The perfect retreat in Ubud! The pool, the food, the jungle views—everything exceeded expectations. A true Balinese paradise. Will definitely return for a longer stay next time! 3. Amazing experience! The villa was clean and cozy, surrounded by nature. Daily breakfast was delicious and the spa was incredible. Super relaxing and close to all the Ubud attractions. 4. Such a tranquil escape from the city. The staff made us feel like family, and the gardens were beautiful. Yoga at sunrise was a highlight. A peaceful haven in the heart of Bali.
