Sintra 1012 Boutique Guest House

Amazing staff! You can tell that these ladies take pride in their jobs. They greeted us with smiles every encounter. Room-wise this was hands down the best room that we stayed in during our entire trip throughout Europe. This is a must stay while in Sintra.

Room was in the back cottage area and was small but quaint, quiet and very clean. Bed was comfortable (firm). Door had pass code check in and host made sure we were comfortable using the code.Both the afternoon host and morning host were very friendly. Coffee ( any style) and breakfast were both great... The hotel is down an alley but there was a hotel sign at the top of the road and was easy to find with Google maps. This hotel was good value for the $. Would recommend.

Très beau séjour, Karen est accueillante, sympathique et accommodante. Bon déjeuner, extrêmement bien situé dans le très joli centre historique de Sintra. La chambre était propre, spacieuse, tout le charme de l’ancien mais le confort du moderne. Je recommande chaudement!

Lovely family suite, spotlessly clean. Communal kitchen with snacks and drinks on an honesty basis. Buffet breakfast included in price. Perfect central location. Host fantastically friendly and helpful, allowed to leave luggage while exploring. Brilliant value.

This small inn is centrally located (you can walk everywhere), quiet, clean and includes a good breakfast. It's important that guests read the host's directions on parking and finding your way there, as Sintra does not permit vehicles on the street where the property is located.

We are accustomed to more services than this simple guest house offers. Desk service is minimal with one primary receptionist not proficient in English. Our Lisbon taxi driver was unable to locate and drive us directly to the place. The local map provided was difficult to follow. Drinking Water was not provided. The shower took a long while to get hot, etc. The price was low and we got what we paid for.

Outstanding Quest House. I would highly recommend. The premium studio was a delight to stay in.

Liked property location. Liked friendly owner and staff. Did not like getting to and from Sintra with Uber. The drivers and vehicles were fine, but coordination via Uber for return to Lisbon was challenging to put it mildly.

Super nice staff! Owner Karen super nice! Great breakfast. Great location, town center. Quiet property in a busy city. We wonderful stay. Easy check in check out. Highly recommend.

Karen, the owner was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The property was very convenient to transportation and sightseeing.
