Clean comfortable accommodations, but bed was not comfortable.

I love the location and the size of the rooms, it makes it very convenient to go do activities close to the beach. The room size just makes everything super comfortable being able to spread out within the room. The hot tub in the room was also very amazing!! The best part, in my opinion. We've stayed many times and love the property!

After arriving to hotel I realized there were a few guests that had dogs with them. One lady was outside walking her pomeranian, and another had a pittbull mix with her. So being as I have many health issues, I do have a certified ESA. With official documentation from my treating doctor stating I need him, especially when I travel. When I asked about this at the front desk, if I was able to bring him, I was told the hotel isn't pet friendly and only certified through the state service animals were allowed on property. However, I was under the impression law states that I can not be turned away with my documentation. And I'm sorry, but the pomeranian I saw was not a service animal, and even if it was, it did not have proper identification on it. IE service vest indicating it is a service animal working. So I felt put off and a little angry about that but chose not to argue the point as I was only there for a day longer. Would love if some clarification could be made in the welcome packets and that it would be uniform for all guests. Also maintenance men were all over the property at all hours, in and out if the rooms around us, I don't know if something was amis or needed repair at 10pm, we just found it odd it was an all weekend thing with the guys in golf carts Lol. They seemed polite enough. Just there was a lot of zooming back and forth in carts all weekend.

My daughters loved the indoor pool, the location of the property was great.

While I fully understand the goal to be extremely clean and sanitary, the pool chemicals were intense and whatever cleaning agents were used in our room were equally harsh. I had to go to Walgreens to get benedryl to be able to stay in the room. If my girls had the same reaction that I did, (headache, itchy watery swollen eyes, sore throat, stuffed up head etc) we would have checked out that next morning. Since I’m the only one who had a physical reaction like that, and my girls loved to be in the pool, I just stocked up on meds and tissues and “sucked it up”. The staff was very friendly, check in and check out were easy, the room we had was large and well appointed, but I unfortunately will not book here again.

Our suite was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed out quiet stay here. Staff werr right on it when we told them the door was not locking and fridge was making a noise. They took.care of right away, even put a new fridge in while were exploring the area.
