Great location and helpful staff

Location, solid building with excellent soundproofing, the appartment itself: Comfortable layout, very clean, new furniture and appliances.

Location is excellent with the beach just across the street. It is easy to access downtown Falmouth and then relax on the beach. Room is very nice with a true suite that separates the bedroom from the living area. Two bathrooms are just great. Service has been excellent.

There was not much toilet paper dislike. A dishwasher in the kitchen would have been nice and there is no washer/dryer on site. Still very minor issues

Right on the beach. Clean. Quiet. The jet tub. Full-size fridge with ice cube tray in well stocked kitchenette. Dining table for 2 which could expand to accommodate 4 people with extra folding chairs in the closet.

The toilet situation. Only a 6 year old could sit on it properly...and even then maybe not. 🤔 Weird shower valve, but once I finally figured it out 😆 the pressure was adequate. The bed was too hard, IMO. Brought own pillows, so I can't speak to those. Only one sitting chair and a sofa (covered in a weird faux leatherette). The sofa also converted into a bed, which would have impossible to sleep in (I tried) due to the thinness of the mattress and the springs/coils/bars pressing through. Definitely not a room capable of accommodating 4 people as far as sleeping.

The property is located in a perfect spot! Nothing in front of it blocking the view of the sea. Our balcony was enormous, so is our bedroom. The staff were so extremely helpful and friendly.

Our jacuzzi was not really clean, but when we addressed this issue, it was immediately taken care of. The pullout couch mattress was not comfortable at all, but again the staff was trying to help us with that too. Pillows were not very comfortable either, but Walmart nearby solved that issue. Screaming kids at the pool, but of cause this can’t be avoided. Staff was trying to control it at least supervising portion of it. The parents though were a bit careless.
