Beachside Village Resort

I love this place! The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the view from my balcony was amazing. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit the Cape

It was very clean. The front desk was so pleasant. It's across the street from the most gorgeous beach. I will definitely choose this spot if I am in the area again

Beautiful location! The sunrise was absolutely exceptional and one of the highlights of our stay. The location was very convenient for our travel plans, and having the beach right across the street was exactly what I needed for a quick getaway. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the small table was perfect for playing card games before heading out to dinner in town. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches—like the ice cube trays, which were a nice bonus! Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back.

The view from our balcony was somewhat obstructed; however, I noticed there are other rooms on the property that offer a clearer view. I would definitely request one of those on a future visit!

The location is ok with easy access to downtown, restaurants, etc. However, the 'ocean view' from our unit was really not existent. It faced the ocean but you could barely see it. So this was disappointing since it was billed as an ocean view. A glimpse of water with a building blocking the view is not what I consider ocean view.

The guy who greeted us was quite rude. We arrived at around 3:30 and were told we couldn't get in until 4:00 which is the promised check in time. Thats fine, I already knew this but he was very rude and dismissive. I asked if we could do the paperwork while we waited and at first he said no we could not have the key until check in. I didn't want the key just figured we could use the time to get signed in. As I started to leave, because he clearly said we couldn't do that he seemed to get annoyed. This was not the first impression I think you want to project. The rest of the staff was very nice though. The noise was unbearable from the people upstairs. Kids jumping on the floor at 7 in the morning and until 10 at night or later. I was told quiet hours are 10pm to 7 am. I complained and the women at the desk was very kind but if with these hours I didn't feel the people would listen anyway. NEVER stay downstairs at this place.
