Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Excelente hotel para familias, fuimos con bebés de 1 y 3 años. Sala de juegos infantiles, piscina de niños, tienda de juguetes y accesorios para niños, zoológico y una cocina exclusiva para lavar biberones y preparar alimentos de bebé. También cuentan con canchas y áreas de entretenimiento para adolescentes. Muy buenos restaurantes con relación precio-calidad óptima! Los domingos hay misa en la hermosa capilla del hotel.

Unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit Ausblick auf die Copacabana, das Frühstück und das freundliche Personal. Kurzer Weg zum Sonnenaufgang am Strand.

Wasserkocher wäre toll, aber ich konnte immer heißes Wasser bekommen. Allgemein: Geldautomat für ausländische Visacards vielleicht an der Metrostation? ATM am Strand? Gut, dass wir genug Geld zum Wechseln dabei hatten, im Supermarkt kann man nur mit Cash bezahlen, sonst überall keine Probleme mit Karte, selbst am Strand.

Todas las instalaciones son excelentes. Habitaciones muy còmodas con somier y ropa de cama de primera calidad e impecables en cuanto a su limpieza. La zona de pileta es espectacular ya que cuenta con pileta para adultos y niños, pileta sòlo para niños con juegos en perfecto estado y una nueva pileta que tiene cascada y salida directa al bar. Tienen granja y selva para hacer caminata. Juegos para niños de toda las edades y personal excelente 100% a disposición para cuidarlos y hacer actividades de todos tipo. El Restaurant es excelente con una calidad de comida insuperable. Es nuestra segunda estadía en el hotel y volveremos seguramente. Agradecemos a todo su personal en especial a Celio, Elizeo, Antonio, Thiago, Shayro, Nathalia, Isabele, Elizabeth, Diego, Daniela, Paulo y a TODO su personal
