La gentillesse du personnel et l'écoute Le calme des lieux La taille de la chambre. La salle de bain refectionnee Le parking

Le fait que le chauffage ne soit pas nettoyé et qu'il y ait des traces de mégot de cigarette. L'odeur de la cigarette dans une chambre dite no smoking. La porte de la chambre qui donne directement vers l'extérieur. L'absence de ménage dans la chambre.
