This hotel needs a good update. Some of the facilities are out of order, such as lift, sauna, and fitness facilities. The pool is great though. For a short period this hotel is ok.

One of the waiter was absolutely disgusting... He blew his nose in his fingers right before going to the kitchen to get my food, which I obviously cancelled !

They gave us a smoking room when it clearly stated non smoking room. Simple but huge mistake for us. We smelled smoke one night but didnt feel like moving. We were tired.

Room condition is kind of old but it could be better maintain. Breakfast is just below average with very salty omelet. The door lock feels very insecure, feels like any key could easily access your room. Bed is comfort though and can sleep 3 persons even for a normal room type.

Very good value, friendly staff, great breakfast. Large room with balcony and only about 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Best place to stay

Good location, close to beach and shops. poor condition, poor service. Staff at hotel not very helpful. Weak wifi barely worked in rooms. Only decent signal at pool and lobby. Okay breakfast.

Good rooms. Always clean, with good location steps from the center of Ao nang, quiet and safe. Clean pool and good size. The only bad thing is the price of the laundry service, very expensive.

Great hotel, close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet. Best buffet breakfast I have had in Thailand, and the pool was nice and big.

It was clean, very comfortable, but fairly noisy as is close to road.
