Very dated rooms Tiny bathrooms Oddly furnished and oddly lit (fluorescent white lights everywhere including the hallways, feels like a hospital)

Sehr gute Lage am Stadtrand direkt am Meer und neben den Klippen, in 10-15 min. ist man zu Fuss im Stadtzentrum entlang einer schönen Uferpromenade. Teilweise Meersicht, Dachpool und hübsches Restaurant abends. Sauber und nette Angestellte.

Leckes Waschbecken wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht geflickt, da der Hausdienst am Wochenende nicht dort war. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, leider fliegen immer Vögel rein und bedienen sich an den offenen Brotkörben (nicht sehr hygienisch). Zudem haben wir uns im Restaurant am Abend vom Fischtartar eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt.

The location is excellent and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. There is a pool and gym.

There was no kettle and coffee facilities in the room. The service at the bar restaurant was very slow. The staff at the bar can't understand English fully. They should appoint more staff to work at the bar restaurant.

Modern and clean hotel, feels really relaxing, next to the beach, beautiful view from the restaurant on the terrace and the rooftop at the pool

The wifi is terrible, and the snack bar at the pool is taking so long to serve food (waited 40min for a tosta mixta)

Service minded staff and very good cleaning

I had expected freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast (which we hade at all other hotels on Algarve, same category)!

Ubicación muy buena, fácil aparcamiento, Habitaciones muy grandes. En general todo bien
