1. Complementary airport pick up. 2. Rooms are large for 2 people and clean.

1. Location: there is literally nothing in that area. No nearby restaurants that you can go to quickly. 2. Staff: highly incompetent crews. Had to argue for two hours for a room change in which there is no water in the bathroom. They literally spoiled my vacation. 3. Bathroom: nightmare. No hot water in room number 105, 106. No water in room number 104. Broken toilet seat. 4. Breakfast: horrible. Very limited options which too tasted bad.

The property is surrounded by lush green trees around. They arranged a rental two wheeler on request.

The hot water facility is not individual. You have to call the receptionist to switch on the central heater every time you want to freshen up. There is no airport/Jetty pickup or drop provided free by the property, you have to pay for these.

We had to leave early for the ferry so we asked before and at the hotel if we get takeaway breakfast and they confirmed. In the morning turned out there was nothing. As it was a birthday morning and special request it was a dissapointment. Otherwize nice place

The hotel. Looked lovely on website but the surrounding area is not very nice. Room was big but no English channels on the television. Worst thing was when we wanted to have a bath in the evening muddy water started to come in the taps. They blamed the municipality but I didn’t believe them. Once cleaner water started coming there was no hot water either that evening or the following morning. Staff seem very inexperienced and incapable of dealing with problems
