Pas assez de papier hygiénique, les crochets pour serviettes de bain à ajouter près de la douche, ménage à parfaire, mettre un paquet de mouchoirs en papier en entier. Une bouilloire à rajouter cela serait parfait.

On n’a pas l’impression d’être dans une chambre supérieure avec une superficie de 14m2 mais plutôt dans une chambre standard. Rien n’indique cette différence… Manque aussi une corbeille dans la chambre.. Cet hôtel devrait s’améliorer, …c’est plus le standing d’un hôtel 2 étoiles que 3 étoiles comme indiqué…

"Notion de service à revoir. "

Arrivé à 19h00 la réception vous annonce que le restaurant est complet... 7 clients dans la salle, je redescends 30 minutes plus tard, toujours les mêmes clients. 1h plus tard 4 clients. La notion du complet et du service serait à réviser dans cet établissement. Que le cuisinier ne soit pas là ou qu'un impondérable se presente c'est tout à fait compréhensible et acceptable. Que l'on vous annonce que le restaurant est complet à 10% de sa capacité c'est prendre le client pour un idiot.
