A part la propreté de la chambre et le petit déjeuner correct ( sauf les oeufs durs trop cuits !), l'hôtel est triste, aucune décoration, la piscine n'est pas propre, le dîner digne d'une cantine

"Do not stay here . Not clean or safe "

Supposed to stay here for 2 nights during a business trip to beaucaire. The receptionist was rude on arrival, room not clean, long black hair in sink, mouldy bed, mould in bathroom, Dirty grimy vent, Filthy hairdryer, Dirty used tissue by bin, No hot water for 5 mins of running tap. All in all I left after a night and could not stay here

Nous avons trouvé un établissement assez calme et bien entretenu même si avec le covid 19 les chambres ne sont faites que sur demande .le personnel,quand il y en a est tres serviable et sympa .Par contre, nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec le repas à notre arrivée :le sauté de poulet n'était pas frais et dans le menu affiché plusieurs produit manquaient rendant le choix très restreint .Un seul repas nous a été facturé en compensation et la personne qui gerrait tout nous a avoué être au four et au moulin devant seule gérer: la réception , servir ,débarasser et même faire la vaisselle .Elle nous a dit que le chef avait eu des problèmes de livraison ...Nous n'avons pas renouvelé l'expérience choisissant de manger au au-dehors .

Etablissement qui semble abandonné, on cherche le personnel pendant plusieurs minutes, les chambres et salles de bain / WC sont très petites et défraîchies. Petit déjeuner minimaliste et de qualité très discutable.
