Everything. Hotel was dirty. Bathroom fittings rusty and dirty. Toilet seat broken, shower cubicle dirty. TV dirty and bedside lamps covered in dust. Fan supplied in the room only worked on one speed and again was caked in dirt/dust. Unfortunately there was no other alternative in the area otherwise I would have refused to stay there. Abysmal- do not stay there

The bed

The toilet seat broke twice. The shower was really hot trying to turn it down didn’t work. I had to wash my hair in the sink. It was all rusty along the shower marks on the wall and it’s not worth the money to be

Nothing

Waited half an hour to get someone to answer the door or the phone. Once I checked in I had to change room as j couldn’t breather with the heat in the room. The second room had slotted blinds and a floodlight from the Carpark shining in through, next to the back door with people coming and going all night. Couldn’t wait to get out of there

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy, breakfasts came straight to the room and was delicious (only continental, but could choose whatever you wanted) Check in and out was easy

The room was not the cleanest and had cobwebs on the walls When you turned off the lights, the emergency light came on which lit the whole room green (photo was what we had all night!) The bathroom light worked on a sensor so kept turning off when on the toilet or in the shower

The staff and location are always good here. The bed was comfy and the smart TV is good.

Maintenance has really fallen badly here and I've stayed here quite a lot in the past. The bathroom door handle in my room was broken, and once I had to let myself in with a kitchen knife after both sides fell off. The kitchen extractor light bulb needed changing. Not a big deal but reflective of the place. The blinds were missing slats so the room was light early. The electrics kept going off and on because the key power holder was dodgy. The room was down to a single hanger and two sets of all crockery etc. The kitchen table top was loose. The smell of chip fat on the ground floor from the cafe is always an issue.
