Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites White River Junction by IHG

A person from Holiday Inn Express informed us that "they had some issues" and were not able to honor our reservation. The made reservations for us in the White River Inn and it was truly awful.

El hotel es super comodo y acogedor, no es grande pero la habitación es super espaciosa, te da mucha comodidad en todo sentido. Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado.

El ingles que hablan es super cerrado bueno para los q hablan y entienden al 100% no hay problema pero alguien que va con un ingles al 80% no le entiende nada.

We stayed for 3 days after Christmas to New Years. On the second day I called the front desk to see if someone can clean up my room due to there is a lot of sand and salt that was tracked in due to then climate weather outside which is normal and I asked if the room could be freshened up vacuumed. I returned to the room with the carpet and floor not vacuumed the garbage can was not dumped and third thing is there was hardly any toilet paper left she never replenished the toilet paper. I had to go and make a separate trip down to the front desk to ask the person for some toilet paper however before I went down there I called and there was no answer so I decided to walk down and go to the front desk no one was there but a short time later someone came and I asked her for more toilet paper and she was very accommodating. I have stayed about holiday in numerous times and this time I have to say I was disappointed with the maid service I can't believe she did not replenish the toilet paper and did not vacuum the sand salt in the room. As well as not dumping the garbage I do have pictures that I will be happy to attach. I just recently signed up for the rewards for the Holiday Inn since I've had a great experience in the past but like I said this time it was very disappointed with some simple tasks that can make a huge difference to a customer. I hope if there is another time that I may give holiday in a try I'll have a better experience with housekeeping. As well as someone being on duty at the front desk such as answering the phone or needing basics.

Manque de propreté dans la chambre sur la moquette et meme le lit (odeur dans la chambre). Matelas très mou.
