"Lovely stay as always"

We stay here every year for our annual Christmas shopping trip to Banbridge . Lovely as always . It was a busy night with a disco on but it ended about 9.30 . Great having access to sky and nice breakfast in the morning . They were very accommodating, my sister couldn’t make it in the end due to illness and even though we past the cut of the refunded her , for her stay which was really nice . Would definitely stay there again . We will probably be back in January to make up for my sister missing out ☺️

All was perfect . Just the bathroom was very cold- we just couldn’t figure out the radiator but room was lovely and warm so it didn’t effect anything .

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was very clean, very well presented and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, very tasty. Excellent value for money.

Ate on arrival in the basement restaurant, food wasn’t good, all fried food. Should have looked at eating in the main restaurant.
