The location is amazing, the housekeeping staff , very friendly and helpful.

I need to pay for parking, and they not responsible if something happens, the offer continental breakfast, they do not what exactly is the continental its is. They dont have microwave in the rooms. They need to upgrade the beds are hard. Impossible to rest. Also the laundry room has a strong smell of mold. You can't used at all. The pool was dirty in all aspects. Administration needs to work very hard, since they have a lot of guest members visiting this property.

Nothing! Because, even though we booked this through Booking.com 2 months in advance, when we got to the resort they told us there was no reservation for us and they had no rooms available! I had the confirmation from Booking.com in hand and asked them to please check again for our reservation. Nada. The resort blamed it on Booking.com, saying Booking.com never sent the reservation. They did not offer to contact Booking.com for us to try and resolve anything. This was a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. I contacted Booking.com and was told we would have to cancel the reservation and would forfeit a lot of money. I tried to explain we just wanted the room we reserved and paid for - we did NOT want to cancel. The hotel definitely could have gotten at least $150 more for the room than what we paid, and the many other reservations through Booking.com I've had no issues with. So, did the hotel cancel and sell the room for more money, or was it actually Booking.com that screwed up? I guess I'll never know. Booking.com did refund our money, but not without the hassle of making several phone calls the next day. That night we had to drive back to Miami from Marathon to find a hotel room since there was nothing available on the Keys that wasn't $400 plus per night!

So clean and accommodating!

Front desk lady was sweet.

No beach on site, not a resort, more of a motel six. Over priced. No real breakfast. Had someone else eye contact on our room floor. The website and what you get are night and day!
