"receptioniste de l acceuil au top"

la direction n est pas a la hauteur du service attendu par le client. Gros problème de réapprovisionnent du buffet le soir a partir de 20h . Qualité et quantité de la nourriture insuffisante par rapport au nombre de personne dans l hôtel et par rapport a l'année dernier. Les chambres ne sont pas faites tout les jours. Personnel très agréable heureusement.

"Disappointing - whatever it's called."

I had murder finding this place! I was looking for a Hotel signposted as Club du Soleil. No. It's just called Hotel Le Bergers a bit misleading to say the least and played hell with my GPS navigation. Anyway, this is one of those French "all inclusive" type deals. Think smaller, more downmarket Club Med. So Dinner and Breakfast were included in the (admittedly cheap) price. Alas, you get what you pay for as the food, unusually for France, was pretty rubbish. All self-service buffet style and of pretty poor quality. Breakfast in particular was lousy, consisting of gristly, semi-cooked bacon, some awful pre-cooked omelets that seemed to have been filled with chalk-dust and egg-mix. Even the coffee tasted like dishwater. The bread was good though and the wine at dinner was free so that helped kill the pain a little. Oh, by the way, did I mention they have a TEN AM checkout?? Annoying.

"chambre confortable, restauration déplorable"

pour le confort de la chambre et la propreté il n'y a rien à redire , l'hotel est bien situé , bien entretenu et bien équipé ;mais ayant prit l'option All includ ,je ne suis pas du tout satisfait car arrivé à 21 h 10 pour dîner nous n'avons eu droit qu'aux restes! car le personnel s'est empressé de débarrasser le peu de victuailles qui' il restait ,donc un 0 pointé pour la restauration !!! et je ne parle pas du dessert de plus aucune organisation pour le petit déjeuné ,une catastrophe !

"hotel funzionale"

ho prenotato per una sola notte, tappa di un giro in moto. è stato piacevole poter utilizzare la piscina, vasca idromassaggio e mini sauna. ottima la colazione e la cena, entrambe a buffet.

"Reasonable hotel"

The hotel was perfectly nice, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Only complaint would be no description on the food and having to where a band to show you are all inclusive.
