Location to ski area, helpful staff, connected to commercial areas

The balcony doors did not have handles so one can get locked out if unaware (like me).

Très bon emplacement pour partir sur les pistes . Le personnel de l’accueil et un très GRAND MERCI au veilleur de nuit qui nous ouvert la porte fenêtre de notre chambre alors que nous étions enfermés sur le balcon . Il est sorti de l’hôtel pour identifier notre chambre .

Le sol de la chambre était un peu sale,sinon salle de bain et cuisine impeccable.

L ACCUEILfroid et impersonnel j'ai eu droit à une LISEUSE dérobée (300 euros + 500 livres enregistrés) et la seule phrase de sympathie a été : c'est impossible on ne peut pas rentrer dans la chambre (sic!)
